If you are not satisfied with your products from us, please email in the first instance, within 14 days of your purchase, at hello@brandedandcovered.com

We, and our fulfilment provider, cannot be held responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation or grammar errors made by the customer.

Inferior quality or low-resolution of images uploaded by the customer.

Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process, such as image placement.

Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Changing of mind regarding product colour, size or type.
